Call me crazy, but I really just purchased my EDC 3-Day pass. Why did I just do that?! I didn't even plan on going until literally a week ago. I mean, I've always wanted to go since my senior year of high school... but I never thought it would ever happen. This is pretty much how it went down:
"Come with me to EDC"
"Okay!"
"Buy your ticket"
"Okay"
Probably one of the most spontaneous things I've ever done. The thrill is amazing. You're probably thinking "Okay, you just purchased a ticket to a festival, big deal..." No, it is a big deal. It's epic. I just forked out just over $300 on these babies, not including the shuttle or hotel. I'm not even rich. Wait, this makes me broke. Okay, probably not the best decision money wise. But Life wise, holy crap, that's one of the best decisions I have ever made. I don't regret it one bit. NOT ONE BIT.
Wanna know what else I'm gonna be doing right after EDC? Actually, I don't wanna jinx it. Usually when I tell the whole world my amazing plans, they never fall through. So I won't say anything until they are all set in stone. But it's pretty damn exciting. I love being spontaneous & an optimist. I love Life.

My Studio
My camera is completely dead from Spring Break. I am in the process of looking to buy a brand new cam. Possibly a Cannon. Most likely a Cannon. I'm not sure if it'll be a point and shoot or a mini DSLR. I like compact, tiny things. I'm not sure what I want. But whatever it will be I want it soon. Anyway, I rearranged my apartment yesterday. I can't take any pictures because I have no camera! I love the new view from my bed. I swear, my apartment should definitely be featured on Apartment Therapy or something. It's so roomy now. I love it. Too bad I'm moving out in like a few months. Haha. I wanted to paint it again so bad. But it really isn't worth it though. I'll take pictures soon. Bye.

San Francisco, CA
I went home for the rest of my spring break. Hung out with my bestfriends (a lot, everyday), got a root canal, hung out with my family, and went to San Francisco! I live about an hour and a half away from SF so you would think it's the norm. No, I don't go there all the time. I wish I did go to SF all the time when I used to live at home. I love the city. It's been a few months since I've been to the city. So my best friend and I decided to make a visit.
We wanted to leave early in the morning but due to my dentist appointment, we didn't get there until almost noon. Our first stop, Mama's on Washington Square. It's this cute little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch, known mainly for their delicious breakfast dishes. The only sucky thing about this place is the wait. The line wraps around the corner. We waited for an hour but it was so worth it. Everyone who knows this place will put up with the wait. It is tiny inside. While waiting in line, we met this Australian couple. They were the cutest. We shared stories. They told us about where they've been and we told them about where they should go. I told them they should go to Roscoe's the next time they're in Southern California...hehe. They asked us to join them at the table once we get in the cafe! How lovely. Too bad the mean door lady only had a table for two at the time. =/ Before they left, they stopped by our table to say goodbye. They were in a rush to make their 3 o'clock reservation to Alcatraz Island. I never got their names. They were definitely those few people that I meet in life that I will always remember.
Anyway, we finally got in to the cafe after an hour wait. I ordered a Florentine Eggs Benedict. Jas got an omelette & some pancakes with fruit. Everything was delicious!
Afterwards, we headed to this little outside market near the Ferry Building. I needed some sunglasses! Too bad they weren't selling any! They had a bunch of cool homemade stuff. We bought matching rings and had a very interesting conversation with the vendors. I Flip'ed the conversation. Oh yeah, I was filming everything I did.
Then we headed for the Golden Gate Bridge for some pictures. I have not been to the Golden Gate in years! The weather was perfect! We took tons of pics. Then we took this little trail down to the dock. Took more pictures, people watched, and "conversated."
After all that, the boys met up with us and we hung out for a bit then went to Pier 39 and had dinner at the Wharf. I had an awesome day. I got to feel a different vibe of San Francisco this time. Usually, I would go to Union Square to shop and around the area. This time, I felt like a complete tourist. It was one of the best days ever.

Las Vegas, NV
I swear, I go to Vegas way too many times that when I actually turn 21, I probably won't like it anymore. So to kick off my spring break '12, I started with Vegas, we actually stayed in Henderson (about 30 minutes away from the strip). One of my sorority sisters' boyfriend's grandpa has a lake house on Las Vegas Lake so we stayed there. I got to see another side of Vegas. It was awesome! We had a pretty chill time there. Of course I overpacked. I don't think I can ever travel anywhere and not overpack. It's funny because I could've just packed all of my stuff in a small travel bag and it would've been fine because I only wore bathing suits that whole weekend. Woke up in b-suits, went to bed in b-suits. Thug Life. Just kidding. I got tan. Like golden tan. Not dark tan like what I used to get when I played tennis.
Megan, me, Kim, and Banana (her real name is Anna, but I like to call her Banana, it has a ring to it).So here's Banana and I on our first night there. We got shwasted.
Our first "group shot." I hate group shots, we had to wait for everyone to be present to take this shot...
We decided to go party down at the dock. It was hella scary. But cool. Ya know? Yee.
The next morn. I loved my b-suit!
Look at the background! Our lake house was literally on the lake! Lol. Oh and they had an infinity pool. It was gorgeous!!!
Tanning! ALL I DO! All day errday... just kidding. I'm like naturally dark. The weather was perfect. 80's all around. Well, except for the last day. It was ugly!
Purrrrty ain't it?!
That night, we all went to the strip and had dinner at Salsa in Planet Hollywood. My camera was being extremely retarded that night so I couldn't take any pictures.
We did the same thing the next day. Tanned & hung out.
I never knew it was possible to have such a relaxing weekend in Vegas. Every time I'm here, it's always the strip and crazy people scene. This time, we're the crazy people...on the lake.. hehe just kidding.
